Gosia Orlicz started to practice yoga in 2004 and explored many different styles. She was joining immersions, intensive courses and retreats around the world. Practice on the mat is just a small part of her way of understanding yoga. It’s a tool, which helps her to be more aware, to be here and now and to enjoy the life as it is, with all ups and downs. Yoga allows her to create space to restore and reconnect. Gosia works as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, pharmacist, health coach and ayurvedic health consultant in Switzerland and in Bali.
Gosia was born and grew up in Gdansk, Poland. After finishing pharmacy studies in Gdansk, she followed her heart and moved to the Alps. She used to compete in snowboardcross races and worked as a ski and snowboard instructor in Austria and in Switzerland. She lived in the mountains for the last 15 years snowboarding, skiing and working. Passionate about yoga she went to India to study it at its source. She has been learning from many great teachers in ashrams and yoga schools in India, Bali, Australia and Switzerland, what brought her to the place where he is now. Her gypsy soul took Gosia to Bali in 2014 and she deeply felt in love with the island of Gods. Yoga, surfing, being outside, close connection to the nature, arts, meditation and healing are most important parts of her life now. She lives between Bali and St. Moritz in Switzerland.
