We believe harmony is created through the unity of peace of mind, healthy body and connection to spirit. So we work with physical and learn how it works, as well the subtle bodies. Exploring the unseen realms of the Chakras which is the unseen program in our subconscious, our connection to our inner emotions and elements. Through conscious breathing of pranayama and using Sound ( mantras, toning, and voice release). We begin to settle the mind, and connect to spirit . From the ancient science of Hatha Yoga we practice asanas to keep the body fit.


Our venues are mindfully chosen to integrate natural elements in pure environment and we put focus on conscious living and offer organic food grown at the venue it self.

200 Content & Program

 The program of our Yoga TTC is based on Yoga Alliance Standards and includes:

Techniques Training/Practice  100 hours

Includes asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, meditation and other traditional yoga techniques.

These hours must be a mix between:

1) analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques

2) guided practice of the techniques themselves. Both areas receive substantial emphasis.

Teaching Methodology   25 hours

Includes principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, the student’s process of learning and business aspects of teaching yoga.

* The art of expressing your authentic self – Learning to teach a class that is reflective of your own passion and practice.

* Free your voice to express – Build confidence in using your voice with ease and inner strength through various voice exercises.

* Offer a solid and stable Foundation – Learn what provides a safe class with the understanding of the basics in the foundation.

* Asana understanding with breakdown of pose – Detail of the benefits, adjustments, and why we do certain asana in certain order. Including Standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions.

* Teaching, observing, adjusting and learning – Learning from various angles to become a better student and teacher.


Anatomy and Physiology- 20 hours

Includes both human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc.) and energy anatomy and physiology (chakras, nadis, etc.). Includes both the study of the subject and application of its principles to yoga practice (benefits, contraindications, healthy movement patterns, etc).
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and

Ethics for Yoga Teachers- 30 hours

Includes the study of yoga philosophies, yoga lifestyle and ethics for yoga teachers. A minimum of two contact hours must be spent on ethics for yoga teachers.

* How to bring the philosophies of yoga into your daily life

* Ethics of a yoga teacher – To inspire is to be inspired.. how to transmit this through your life and teachings.
Practicum - 10 hours

Includes practice teaching, receiving feedback, observing others teaching and hearing and giving feedback. Also includes assisting students while someone else is teaching.

Electives- 15 hours

Elective hours are distributed among educational categories according to the schools chosen emphasis (may be contact or non-contact hours)

 Meditation – Guided Meditation, Breath Meditation, Walking meditation, Sound Meditation

Kriyas –Understanding the shatkarmas, Internal Cleansing, daily practice of Neti, Kapalbhati, Agnisara and Trataka

Asanas – Daily practice of Hatha, Vinayasa, a few times through out the training we offer, acro, restorative and kids yoga

Bandhas – Embodying the knowledge and practice of Moola-Bandha, Udiyana-Bandha, Jalandhara-Bandha and Maha-Bandha

Mudras – To empower oneself by learning the channeling of energy using various psychic gestures

Mantra/ Chanting – Learning the power of chanting mantras and daily practice of powerful Sanskrit vibrations for empowerment, centering and manifestation

 Conscious eating – Learning that our food is they medicine and what difference kinds of food do to our body. How to become more conscious of what we are eating, and most important how we are eating.

Subtle bodies- Begin to discover we are so much more then we see in the mirror. Learn about the other bodies where we hold our emotions through the chakras.

**There are various prices for the training based on sharing, single or double rooms. First come first serve basis.

EARLY BIRD Training fee if paid before Dec 22, 2014, add $300 extra after early bird deadline. 


Option 1) Accommodation,  twin sharing  , tuition, 2 meals per day, one one hour massage $3000 USD 

Option 2) Accommodation single room, tuition, 2 meals per day, one one hour massage      $3300 USD

Option 3) Accommodation double room, tuition, 2 meals per day, one one hour massage    $3500 USD

A 200 Dollars deposit is required with your submission of your application. The booking amount is non-refundable. It will be adjusted towards your total fee. This helps promote a sense of energetic exchange as well sort out those who are really serious about this training.

How many students participate in one course?

The number varies according to the venue but we like to keep our trainings intimate and personable, hence we have maximum participants not exceeding 20

What style of yoga will I be trained to teach? Will I get a recognized certificate?

There are various styles offered throughout the course based on Hatha, Vinyasa and modified Ashtanga. The teaching practice begins in the first week where you will start to discover which style best suits you. As we know not one style suits everybody.  It is best to reflect your own passion offered in your final practicum shared in the last week of the course.


Is single accommodation available?

Yes, single accommodation can be provided for an extra fee. Please read the choices

After successfully completing the YTT program, will my name appear on Yoga Alliance teacher directory?

After successfully completing the YTT program, you do become a certified teacher but it is individually your responsibility to register yourself on yoga alliance directory by uploading a copy of your certificate.

I do not intend to teach yoga, is this course still for me?

This is more than yoga training. It is a journey of self transformation recommended for all who are ready for this journey. Not everybody who takes this course has intentions to teach yoga but even if you are willing to deepen your understanding about yoga in theory and practice, then this is the course for you.

Do I need to get any vaccinations while travelling in Bali ?

That is a personal choice. You can refer to various travelling blogs , There is no dengue fever or malaria in the area.

Do I need to get health Insurance?

This again is a personal choice.

I have dietary restrictions can you help me?

All our meals are vegetarian and mixed with lots of vegan choices. We do our best to assist each and every one dietary need, in each problem there is a solution Most of the food is grown on the land of the venue.

Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat?

Yes it is required all students bring their own yoga mat.
