Listen to your heart would it be sensible? Say you want to quit your nine-to-five job and travel the world. You wonder if you should do it because you might not get another job coming back. You ponder and ponder, then you start doubting yourself in many ways.

It should not be that way. Sometimes, your heart might lead you to an unknown place, and it is true that the unknown can be scary. But you should never doubt your heart. Pack up the fear if you have to, and follow your heart because it does know better.

The Heart Is Wise And Powerful

According to the Institute of HeartMath, the heart can be 5,000 times as strong magnetically as the brain. Scientists believe that the heart is actually a lot more powerful than the brain.

These influences profoundly affect brain function and ultimately determine the quality of life.

The tricky part is that you do not always know what is in your heart. It could be that you have not been open to listen to the heart. It could also be that you let the fear of the unknown cloud your judgement. Here is how you can start opening to follow your heart.
